Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and product nature, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must provide a clear unboxing/opening video of the parcel (without cuts or edits) as proof to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with the required proof.
Customized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
